My family & I stayed here on vacation and the accommodations were great! Everything you could need in a kitchen is there. We didn’t want for anything and the owners were easy to contact & responded quickly when I had booking questions, I would highly recommend you stay here!
Property was well appointed and kitchen was completely outfitted with everything you need for meal prep. Large sliding doors give the unit a light open feel. Definitely took advantage of the washer and dryer located in the unit. We would definitely recommend and certainly stay there again. Unfortunately we stayed over a “motorcycle bikers” weekend, which wasn’t ideal because of the street noise.

One of the best places we have ever stayed in all the years we have been staying in the Myrtle Beach area. We loved this condo and the beach area it's on. Would recommend this unit and Happy Crab Vacations to anyone as they do a wonderful job!
The property is so well cared for. Security was top notch with codes for building and units. Everything was so clean and Debbie made the lobby spaces and elevator area so inviting with decorations for Valentines Day, St Patrick’s Day and Easter. The pools and hot tub were also a treat. Unit 306 was ideal for us. The decor was beachy and had great use of color throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, mugs, glasses, and pots and pans. Appliances were up to date and clean. The washer and dryer worked great as well. The beds were super comfortable. There was lots of room to store all our clothing. The bathrooms were very modern as well and both showers were roomy with great water pressure. Our favourite spot to spend time was the balcony. The view of the beach and the water was the best we have seen in all our travels over many years. There was lots of room to sit out there sheltered from the wind. We definitely hope to return to Waterpointe 1 in the near future. Randy made the booking process so easy and both he and Debbie were very helpful and pleasant.
The condo was just what we needed for our family vacation. We were so close to the beach and the view was amazing. The two twin beds bedroom was very small, but it worked fine for our teenage son. The building itself was very clean and well maintained and we never heard other guests in neighboring condos. We enjoyed our stay here!
Our family had a wonderful stay. Very convenient and nice area. Easy beach access! Did not have to purchase umbrellas or beach toys because there were some provided which was a little money saved for us. Will be booking again in the future.

You simply can’t beat the location, great layout with 3 bedrooms/ 2 full baths and fantastic full ocean views from both the living room and main bedroom, as well as the 16ft private balcony. Everything was very clean and well-appointed, including a full kitchen and laundry. The building is secure and can only be accessed by private code so you feel safe and secure. The indoor pool, separate jacuzzi, and outdoor pool with separate kiddie pool are ideal for families and kids. Two points of private access paths from the building to the beach with stations to clean the sand off feet and toys help keep things clean. Don’t hesitate to book this unit, you will absolutely love it!

We enjoyed our stay at Waterpointe I. Location was quiet and the condo was beautiful. Condo had everything we needed for the week which made eating in nice. Overall, we were very happy with this place and definitely would stay there again.
