This 4 bedroom, 3 bath is on the top floor end unit and it is perfect !! Has all the amenities you need !! Randy and Debbie from Happy Crab Vacations are such gracious hosts !! This was are 4th year in a row staying in this unit , so the fact that we keep coming back pretty much says it all !! And we love this part of NORTH MYRTLE BEACH !! See you again !!
We love Waterpointe 1 and have stayed there before. We were looking for a little more room this year, and Unit 1001 fit the bill. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space at night after a long day at the beach.
This 4 bedroom condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The beds were super comfortable and having an additional living room was great for the kids to hang out in! Having both an indoor and outdoor pool is a necessity with not ever knowing how Mother Nature will be! We will most definitely be coming back to Water Pointe 1 and staying in this unit again!

This condo was just perfect for our trip! Very clean and spacious with a great beach vibe - the pictures did not do the place justice. The views from the condo were amazing and the location was perfect for us. The property managers were highly responsive to any questions. Would absolutely stay again. In fact we hope to!
This our second winter at Waterpoint 1, we will be back again next year. Happy Crab representatives are awesome! Always willing to answer questions and help with anything. Thanks for a great three months.
This Unit had enough bedrooms for our family, it was very clean and the furniture was in great shape. The beds were nice and comfy. The views from the living room and Master were Breathtaking, we would definitely stay here again and also would not unless we rented with Happy Crab Vacations. Thank you Randy and Debbie for such great service😊
This marks the 5th year we have chosen Happy Crab Vacations and Waterpointe for our family beach vacation. As always, the unit was clean, well stocked and exactly as described. The owner was there when we arrived inspecting the condo to ensure it was ready for our stay. We have rented different units over the years and have never been disappointed. We will be back in 2024. We like this area of North Myrtle Beach because it is close to everything we want but less congested than others. Lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops, and Tanger outlets. We had a great time. The condo was nice and was what was advertised. The host was great. The front door was hard to get in sometimes but that might been our fault. The couch maybe need to be replace soon. I would recommend this condo for a group. Priscilla Denning
Waterpointe 1001 provided our family with a great place to stay during our visit to Myrtle Beach. The condo is centrally located with restaurants, ice cream, and coffee within walking distance. The four bedrooms, extra "office", and balconies allowed our large group to spread out while still staying in the same condo. The condo complex's facilities were very clean, with the restrooms and lobby on the main floor as well as elevators being cleaned every morning. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were also well maintained. In addition to the two beach walkways associated with the condo complex, there was a public walkway with a wooden deck directly next to the facility. This was nice for the older members of our group as it was easier to walk across than walking through the sand. Randy and Debbie were very organized, with clear communication a couple of weeks prior to the stay as well as the day we checked in and the day before we checked out. We did not have any issues during our stay, so I did not need to contact them throughout the stay. The only downside I can think of was the beach was very busy! This was expected due to us staying during peak season at the end of June, but the beach consistently was 3-4 umbrellas deep. Waterpointe is a large condo complex and there were multiple other large complexes in the area plus the public access point, so it was a busy part of the beach. Our family has stayed in multiple places in Myrtle Beach over the past 10 years and this is one of our favorites!
The water pointe 1 Unit 1001 is on the 10th (top) floor of the Waterpointe 1 with a great view of the ocean. The elevators work well and it is extremely easy to get to the beach. Parking is easy with the parking lot across the street. For the condo, it is a four bedroom that is not long and narrow. The bedrooms are not large but comfortable. The living area is pretty small and the furniture is not very comfortable, but the kitchen is pretty well stocked and easy to work in. We had a little trouble with the dishwasher and the washing machine but the maintenance man came and fixed both promptly. Communication between the management and us was easy and they responded quickly. The three bathrooms were large and clean. Overall, it was a good experience for the family this week and we would stay here again.
