The place is very nice and roomy. I would suggest the owner get stuff out of some of the closets as we had no place to hang anything or to put our suitcase if we used the dressers. They wouldn't fit under the bed. The beach and pools are very convenient and easy to get to. Love that they have a hose attached at the wash off station, made it great for getting the sand off everything. The view I can't say enough about. Something about being on the top floor...and a corner place at that!
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and we had everything we needed. There were beach toys and boogie boards in the closet for us to use but it was a bit too cold for too much time at the ocean. Check in & out process was easy and we would come back! My only suggestion would be to clean out the closets a bit so there is room for guest belongings. Thank you Randy & Debbie for allowing us to stay at your place!

Also, even though the unite will sleep 6, the balcony is small and will accommodate only 3 people. Thanks for a nice stay -- just wish Ophelia had stayed away.

My family and I stayed in unit 1007 for 5 nights. Very clean and neat unit with beautiful ocean view. Randy, Debbie and Adam of Happy Crab Vacations were professional responded promptly to any needs or concerns. We had a wonderful time. Will definitely consider booking through Happy Crab Vacations again when in Myrtle Beach area!

If you are looking for something on the beach and still close to everything else Waterpoint l is the place. Easy access to beach, unit was very spacious and parking had no issues. Loved they had bathroom access for guest in the lobby from the beach and pool area. Will definitely book again there.
Light airy unit. Comfortable bed and good shower. A lot of unnecessary knick knacks about the place. Comfortable settee. Small TV. We enjoyed our stay.
Usually, we prefer renting from owners. In this case, they were just as good. They live on site and were exceptionally helpful during and before our stay. We had several special requests and they helped with them all!
We have stayed at Waterpointe 1 several times and are never disappointed. The location and beach view are amazing as is the indoor sauna. The outdoor spaces are kept immaculate. Loved the reclining sofa in 1007! The beds were a little soft for our liking but we got used to them. Debbie and Randy are the best. Whenever we mentioned anything to them it was fixed or supplied asap. We hope to visit again soon!
My family and I very much enjoyed our first stay at Waterpoint 1 and will likely stay at this complex again. The complex was very quiet, clean and the bonus activities of shell/rock painting and bracelet making was a super fun surprise. The nice folks that hosted the events in the lobby area were super friendly. The location is great, so close to our favorite shopping hub of Barefoot Landing. Our unit, although dated, was clean and very nicely decorated. I was worried about the across the street parking but it was no issue at all. There was a loading area where we were able to drop our bags off and then park right across the street. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the in unit washer and dryer was a plus. If we had to make a tiny complaint it would have to be the bed in the master bedroom was very noisy. Anytime you rolled over, got in or out of bed it made tons of noise. I am not sure if it was from the box spring or the plastic wrapped around the box spring but a light sleeper would likely have to use one of the other bedrooms. The bed itself was comfy. We would have no issues staying in this unit again. I would recommend this complex and this unit to anyone looking to stay in NMB.
