We stayed at Waterpointe 1 and really enjoyed it. The ocean view is fabulous, and the condo was great. The whole facility is very clean. Working with Randy thru Happy Crab vacations was easy. Every detail was taken care of the only thing you have to do is enjoy the beach and the surrounding amenities. We will be booking again next year!!!

This was our second stay at the Waterpointe 1 but our first booking through Happy Crab Vacations. That being said, it will not be our last! Everything was just as expected and my family had a wonderful time. Can’t beat the location (Windy Hill is the best) and the amenities are great. Love that you can quickly reach out via text if there is an issue. I had a tiny snafu with tripping a breaker in the kitchen and immediately got a response back. Our family is already planning to return next year and we will more than likely try to book with Happy Crab again.

Our family had a great vacation. Happy Crab does a great job of communicating and providing great service. Waterpointe 1 is a nice place to stay.
Had a great time with my family of five. We had enough space and the beach was fantastic. We had everything we needed for a fun week.
This condo is in a very safe building. The ocean view is wonderful, and it is an easy walk to the beach.
We had such a great time at this cozy rental condo. I have high expectations for cleaning and clean all the time, however, this condo was very clean upon arrival! We really enjoyed the cozy coastal beautiful decor, the stunning views from the balcony, the sunrises! The condo had all the dishes and silverware we needed. We cook all the time due to food allergies limiting us going to restaurants. We loved just staying in and having family dinners around the table at the condo. The building was also very clean and there was often someone wiping the tables in the lobby or cleaning the sand from the walkways. We plan to return again!

A beautiful place to visit and stay. Everyone was so friendly. Randy was so easy to get ahold of and quick to responding to text messages. Definitely would stay again! Thank you for a nice get away over spring break!
The condo was excellent. Clean, fully stocked, just like the description and photos. The balcony furniture was a bit worn, but overall everything was in good shape. Kitchen was like new, beds were comfortable, and TVs in every room was nice. Location was convenient with a 1 mile walk or so to Barefoot Landing. The only slight negative was the pool. It was small, and though indoors it was cold. But overall, everyone at the condo was friendly, and the place was quiet and comfortable. Would stay here again.
