Overall the Waterpointe1 property is very nice. The building and grounds are well maintained, family oriented and quiet. Unit 907 is well appointed and most of the rooms are nice. The kitchen, two smaller bedrooms and batch were nice. The master bath and bedroom are feeling a little tired so some updates would be nice. Have stayed at other units in the building and the corner balcony size is very small as it really is cramp for even 3 adults.
The condo was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked. The washer and dryer was a nice touch. The balcony is smaller because it is a corner room. That did not bother us. We got spectacular views with more shade time. The balcony does hold two adults and two small children.The one thing I would add is the bathroom off of the main bedroom needed a bar or bath mat for safety. It was a hazard, especially getting out. We ended up putting a small towel down in the tub for safety. The second bathroom’s shower was not always hot. I think the fixture needs replaced. Also the beds are very firm. I was OK with it, but another guest felt that it was uncomfortable for them. I would stay in this condo again.

Unit 907 which is an end unit condo is very narrow with small bedrooms in the back. Decor outstanding in every room. Very comfortable beds and super soft bed sheets. Floor looks pretty new. Bathtubs very old but everything else made up for it. Fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets and enough towels. Views from balcony are amazing. Comfy outdoor chairs with a table. Parking easy and another parking lot across the street if there were not any on site. Did not use pool. Note - there is a blow dryer, coffee pods with nice coffee maker, 4 fold up camping chairs, trash bags and extra bedding in this unit. We rented chairs and an umbrella from North Myrtle Beach town. Very convenient! Great location, great condo! Owner quick to respond to questions. Definitely recommend!!
Year after year we continue to enjoy our stay at WP1. We have plenty of room and love the view from 907! Our kids enjoy the indoor pool in the evenings and the lounge area is always so neat and clean. Thank you Randy & Debbie for always making our stay great and the booking simple.
property was exactly as pictures had shown. Great location to the beach, And the view was perfect! Haven’t been to Myrtle Beach in over 25 years and will definitely come back and stay here!
The condo is beautiful! Our family of 5 had a perfect stay here! The beds were comfortable, everything listed on the site was in the condo, and there was plenty of supplies for us to use. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo with all the furnishings needed for a weekly stay. Everything was clean and orderly upon arrival. Communication with the owners was top notch throughout the booking process and instructions were easy to understand. We had a stress free week and will definitely look here for our next vacation.
By far, one of our favorite vacations! We had the best views of the ocean AND I could see the fireworks over at barefoot landing lol. They condo came with everything we needed and was very clean. We never had far to travel if we wanted to go do any shopping, or wanted to go play a round of mini golf! We really enjoyed our time and can't wait to make a return trip!
